Delivery / Shipping Policy

Shipping Process

  We ship our nutritional diet products via reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.The method of shipment will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Delivery Locations

  We deliver both locally within the UAE and internationally. You can view available shipping options during checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery/Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery: Shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.
  • International Delivery: Shipping to international locations may take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery Charges

  Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination. Charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments / Orders / Bookings

   Please note that if you place multiple orders, each order may be processed and shipped separately. This could result in multiple charges on your credit card statement. We recommend    checking your statement for any discrepancies.

Dispute/Chargeback Policy

  For any disputes or chargebacks, please note that the customer can initiate a dispute or chargeback within 36 months of receiving the product. It is crucial to keep a proof of delivery receipt, signed and/or received by you, as this will be required for any claim.

Important Note:

We do not accept multiple bookings/orders, so please ensure you place all items in one order.


Refund Policy

 We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the conditions for a refund as outlined below:

Conditions for Refund

 We accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

• The wrong product was sent by us.
• The product is defective or faulty.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product appears to be tampered with.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow time for processing based on your payment provider's policy.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only under the following conditions:

• The delivery packaging has not been opened.
• The products are damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

  To initiate a return, please notify us and return the product in its original packaging. We will then either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
We can only accept returns for products that are sealed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If all return conditions are met, please return the product using a registered courier service for a full refund.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

No Refund Policy

  Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, tampered with, or opened. Ensure the products remain sealed and in their original packaging before returning them.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

  Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions to Cancellation

  Orders that have already been dispatched or are in the shipping process cannot be cancelled.
